1. Admissions
Admission is subject to verification of documents and eligibility criteria.
Submission of an application does not guarantee admission.
The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
2. Fees
All fees must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Late payment may result in suspension of classes, examinations, certificates, or other academic services.
3. Attendance
Students are expected to maintain regular attendance and actively participate in classes.
The institute reserves the right to take disciplinary action for poor attendance or misconduct.
4. Student Conduct
Students must maintain discipline and respect faculty, staff, and fellow students.
Any form of harassment, violence, discrimination, vandalism, or misuse of institute property may lead to suspension or termination.
5. Intellectual Property
Course materials, software, videos, notes, and other learning resources are the intellectual property of the institute or their respective owners and must not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
6. Placement Assistance
The institute provides placement assistance but does not guarantee employment or salary packages.
Final hiring decisions are solely made by recruiting companies.
7. Certificates
Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of the course, fulfillment of attendance requirements, and clearance of all outstanding dues.
8. Liability
The institute is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to students' personal belongings.
Students are responsible for maintaining backups of their personal work and projects.
9. Changes
The institute reserves the right to modify course structure, schedules, fees, policies, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
